Įjunkite eSIM liniją
Nustatymuose įjunkite eSIM liniją, jei ji išjungta. Pagrindinė SIM gali likti įjungta skambučiams.
Pasirinkite ją duomenims
Mobilieji duomenys → eSIM. Kad pagrindinis operatorius neskaičiuotų roamingo, jam duomenis išjunkite.
Įjunkite duomenų roamingą
eSIM linijai įjunkite „Duomenų roamingą“ — be jo ryšio nebus. Tinklas pasirenkamas automatiškai per 1–2 min.
Kai kas nors neveikia
Dažniausios situacijos ir sprendimai.
QR kodas nenuskaitomas arba rašo „jau panaudotas“
QR veikia vieną kartą. Jei eSIM jau buvo įdiegta, jos telefone ieškokite nustatymuose — ji ten yra. Jei ištrynėte, rašykite mums chat’e: patikrinsime būseną ir padėsime.
Nėra ryšio atvykus
Patikrinkite: 1) eSIM linija įjungta, 2) ji pasirinkta mobiliesiems duomenims, 3) įjungtas duomenų roamingas. Tada perkraukite telefoną arba trumpam įjunkite lėktuvo režimą.
Rodo „Nėra paslaugos“ / „SOS“
Tinklo paieška po įdiegimo užtrunka iki kelių minučių. Pabandykite rankiniu būdu pasirinkti operatorių: Mobilusis ryšys → Tinklo pasirinkimas → išjunkite „Automatinis“.
Internetas labai lėtas
Nustatymuose eSIM linijai pasirinkite 4G/LTE arba 5G režimą (kartais numatytas 3G). Pastate ar metro greitis krenta — tai normalu.
Kada prasideda galiojimas?
Nuo pirmo prisijungimo prie tinklo kelionės šalyje, ne nuo įdiegimo. Todėl diegti galite iš anksto — laukdami galiojimo neprarasite.
Ar skambučiai ir SMS veiks?

Your phone supports eSIM
iPhone XS/XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Pixel 3+, most 2020+ flagships. Dial *#06# — if you see an EID, eSIM is supported.
Your phone is unlocked
The device must not be carrier-locked. Phones bought on a carrier instalment plan are sometimes locked.
Stable Wi-Fi connection
Your phone downloads the eSIM profile during installation — it needs internet. Best done at home, before the trip.
The email with your QR code
Right after payment we send an email with the QR code and an “Install eSIM” button. You will also find it in your account under “My eSIMs”.

One tap
Open our email or the “My eSIMs” section of your account on your phone and tap “iPhone — install with one tap” or “Android — install with one tap”. Your phone opens the eSIM setup screen — confirm and you are done. Works on iPhone with iOS 17.4+ and most Android 13+ phones.

The profile downloads in 10–30 s. Name the line, e.g. “ExRoam”.

When you arrive
Three toggles — and you are online.
Turn on the eSIM line
Enable the eSIM line in settings if it is off. Your main SIM can stay on for calls.
Select it for data
Mobile data → eSIM. To avoid roaming charges from your home carrier, turn its data off.
Enable data roaming
Turn on “Data Roaming” for the eSIM line — without it there is no connection. The network is picked automatically within 1–2 min.
When something is not working
The most common situations and fixes.
QR code will not scan or says “already used”
The QR works only once. If the eSIM was already installed, look for it in your phone settings — it is there. If you deleted it, message us in chat: we will check the status and help.
No connection on arrival
Check: 1) the eSIM line is on, 2) it is selected for mobile data, 3) data roaming is enabled. Then restart the phone or toggle airplane mode.
Shows “No Service” / “SOS”
Network search after installation can take a few minutes. Try selecting the operator manually: Cellular → Network Selection → turn off “Automatic”.
Internet is very slow
In settings, set the eSIM line to 4G/LTE or 5G (sometimes 3G is the default). Speeds drop indoors or in the metro — that is normal.
When does validity start?
From the first connection to a network in the destination, not from installation. So you can install ahead of time without losing any days.
Will calls and SMS work?
ExRoam eSIMs are data-only. Call and text via WhatsApp, Messenger, FaceTime, Viber, etc. Your main number stays on your regular SIM.
